Calendar Data (optional): If you connect your Google Calendar, we access events only to analyze your schedule and suggest personalized alerts and reminders. Rotina does not store your calendar beyond what is necessary to provide this feature.

Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the app, including actions, screens visited, and feature usage (for analytics via Amplitude and other services).

Device Data: Identifiers necessary for push notifications (device ID, timezone, and OS version).

AI Interactions: Text inputs and responses used to generate personalized tips, nudges, and recommendations.

Support and Feedback: Information you provide when contacting us or submitting feedback through the app.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide core features of Rotina, including goal tracking, alerts, and AI-generated coaching.
• Analyze your calendar to suggest appropriate times for reminders and nudges.
• Send push notifications and AI-generated messages related to your objectives.
• Improve the app's performance and personalization through analytics and experimentation.
• Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security risks.

AI features operate under data-minimization principles - only necessary context is processed temporarily to generate personalized content.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

• With Your Consent: For example, when you connect Google Calendar or other services.
• With Service Providers: We use trusted partners (e.g., AWS for cloud hosting, Amplitude for analytics, and OpenAI for AI generation) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.

If we become aware of such collection, we will delete it promptly.
